We just want to thank you again for all your guidance and help with our kitchen and later emergency bathroom!

We absolutely love the new kitchen space and still think of you often as I open a cabinet or clean the quartz. Sending you best wishes and hope to cross paths again someday.

From start to finish, working with Dianne has been a pleasure not just for us, but for our contractor and architect too.

Our 200-year-old farmhouse featured a tired old gloomy 60's-era kitchen with low ceilings and mismatched Formica. It was a challenge, but Dianne immediately saw the possibilities. She captured and vastly improved our vision.

I dreamed of soapstone counter tops but worried about chipping and maintenance. Dianne suggested a lovely new care-free quartz that mimics soapstone, complete with veining. When the white farmer's kitchen sink we ordered was not available, she suggested fabricating an apron front sink out of the same "soapstone" quartz.

The result is seamless and stunning, and a real nod to the antiquity of the house. Disarmingly cheerful, Dianne made herself available throughout the project, and when inevitable issues arose, she was flexible and came up with imaginative solutions. For example, once the kitchen was gutted there was a problem with the placement of a "chase" to run plumbing/wiring to the second floor.

Dianne suggested a tweak to the architect's plans that provided a chase while eliminating a dreaded corner cabinet and adding a bonus walk-in pantry with even more storage.

Dianne held my hand when it came time to choose light fixtures, knobs, and all the little extras, and she didn't steer my wrong. She respected that, given the age of the house, we were going for simplicity and did not try to "up-sell" us.

Armed with an inventory list she made of all that was stored in our original kitchen, she recommended drawer and cabinet inserts that gave us a place for everything.

With everything in its place, the counter tops are now clear and multiple cooks can prepare a meal while talking and laughing with family and friends who are not underfoot.

The end result is a homey bright uncluttered kitchen with plenty of storage and work space that has become the social center of our home. We couldn't be happier.

— Barbara, Newton

It was a pleasure to work with Dianne from Edesia Kitchen and Bath Studio. Dianne was professional, friendly, and detail-oriented during our kitchen remodel.

We had many questions during the design process, and Dianne was always patient with us and provided us with detailed explanations of what we were looking for.

Our previously outdated, poor-functioning kitchen was transformed into a beautiful space that makes much more sense for what we need thanks to Dianne!

— Suzanne, Chelmsford

Dianne was a great professional and a very pleasant person to work with! She helped us with the design and construction of the kitchen and three bathrooms.

She had great suggestions that fit in with our lifestyle and have proven to be very helpful now that we use the kitchen and baths. She was very conscious of our budget and helped us stay within it.

She helped us source materials that we liked and supported our ideas! I cannot recommend Dianne and Edesia Kitchen & Bath Studio enough!

— Anna, Arlington

After renovating my dining room and sitting rooms, my kitchen suddenly felt dated. Enter Dianne, the creative genius behind my beautifully designed "heart of the home" space.

She reimagined my kitchen to be modern, sleek with a dose of Spanish charm. My husband & I truly enjoyed working with Dianne and miss her bright and sunny disposition.

— Bridget, Sudbury

We originally hired Edesia because we had a complicated layout to our kitchen and couldn't figure out how to set it up.

Dianne picked up on our style right away and designed a dream kitchen that included everything that we had hoped for and more. We were so impressed with her, we then hired her to do our new master bathroom and she did not disappoint us.

Both projects were on point and came out spectacular. She was easy to work with, had great suggestions and was responsive to our concerns and questions.

She was also present during construction to help problem solve and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I would definitely hire Edesia again and I will certainly recommend Edesia to my friends and family.

— Jody & David, Burlington

Working with Dianne was one of the most important decisions we made when deciding to renovate our kitchen from top to bottom. Dianne was able to take the many ideas we had and boil them down to a single design.

She kept us on track with the decision making. And when the kind of marble that we had dreamed about for our countertops became difficult to find, she wouldn't let us settle for second choice. Instead, she searched and searched until she found just what we had been envisioning.

Our kitchen came out even better than we were dreaming and we wouldn't change a thing.

— Suzanne, Arlington

Dianne,

I really love our new kitchen! Thank you for all your hard work during the entire kitchen renovation project, from design-concept to completion.

I appreciate how you were right beside us the entire way – from layout design, cabinet decisions and installation (the Design Craft cabinets are so well made and beautiful!), countertop selection, and all the myriad details.

The fact that you really listened to what we wanted, along with your can-do attitude and ability to modify plans when inevitably necessary, were the keys to success. The kitchen is now so lovely, comfortable, and functional too! Thanks again.

— Mara

Hi Dianne,

Thanks for your note. We are back for two weeks, and were really awestruck by the kitchen when we returned! It is the high-point of the renovations overall.

Thanks so much for your help with it. I was very relieved to see that the right cabinets arrived and were installed before our return. I am really enjoying the kitchen very much and we all feel very comfortable spending time in it. It's really great to have so much space for everything, and I loooove the island! The best decision we made!

Thanks again and all the best,

— Katarina, Cambridge MA

Hi Dianne,

Thanks for stopping by with the extra bin pull. Sorry I wasn't here to go over the kitchen with you, but I'm sure you saw the improvement! We're very pleased that the cabinets did such visible justice to all the background that Marco and his crew put into framing up the kitchen.

We have twice the space we had before! We appreciate all your help with the layout diagrams, and in finding just the right hardware. It really gives a nice feel to the whole effect of the kitchen.

One of Marco's crew was here this morning to finalize details. We finally got the glass placed into the cabinets and it's a great look – clear where the dishes are, "glacier glass" from a stained glass shop that hides the inside of the grocery side of the cabinets just a bit, but still balances with the glass on the other cabinet.

It's worked out to be a beautiful kitchen, warm and welcoming, fitting with the look of the rest of the house. We will not hesitate to recommend you in future.

Dianne,

Keven & I wanted to thank you for a truly unbelievable transformation of the entire first floor of our home!

Your vision for what our outdated kitchen could be was amazing. The design not only opened up the space but made it more functional and practical in terms of seating and prep area - and of course, you gave it such a modern yet classic and elegant flair that our friends and family can't believe it's the same space! We really appreciated your patience and professionalism as we worked through designs, construction and all the details - including granite and tile. I have to admit, I wasn't sold on the back splash as you know, but after it was installed we just loved it - it really does pull the whole room together! Every detail was handled with such attention and professionalism.

Your willingness to go above and beyond - including guidance on paint and furniture - makes you such a true professional and excellent designer. We truly enjoyed working with you and will recommend you to anyone who is looking for an excellent design and creative mind!

— Kerry & Kevin, Tewksbury MA

Dianne,

Thank you for your wonderful help in our renovation. We are so happy with the result and value your professionalism & pleasant work style more than ever as we start to enjoy our new home.

Come and visit any time!

thanks & best,

— Cynthia, Harry & Edward, Wellesley MA

Dianne,

Just a small token of my appreciation for all your help, patience & expertise! I have really enjoyed working with you and I will miss our productive sessions together, You are so talented, and I feel lucky that we were introduced!

Best wishes,

— Patty, Needham MA

I want to compliment you on your responsiveness and cooperation with our recent residential project in Weston. We turned to you in a hurry when another supplier failed us. You had no track record with us and our order was very small. You rose to the occasion as did your countertop fabricators.

We deal with hundreds of suppliers annually. None is as fast or accommodating as your company, whether it's returning a phone call, providing another sketch, or supplying a filler strip on a few days, notice.

Sincerely,

— Peter

Dianne,

John & I want to thank you for all your help in putting our kitchen & bathroom together. We know that things were not always easy, but you were very patient and honest and for that, John & I were very appreciative.

Dianne, you have a great talent and we thank you for all your guidance. Everything looks great and we would love for you to stop by and see.

Fondly,

— Tricia & John, Needham MA
