This client is a married couple who realized that their current 2 bedroom home was going to be too small with the expected birth of their second child.  They looked for other move in ready houses but they were too expensive and they knew they would miss their neighborhood.  Instead, they decided to renovate and add an addition on to their home.

Last month, I attended KBIS, the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show at the Orange County Convention Center, in Orlando.  Combined with IBS, the International Builders Show, there was 600 exhibitors with 2100 displays, within 2,100,000 square feet!  Attended by 100,000 people, the show reveals the latest products and trends from kitchen & bath brands.

Modern Farmhouse Kitchen

This Arlington home was built in the early 1900's with a horrible kitchen.  The clients wanted to update their kitchen to gain more counter top space and have the ability to entertain.  Construction included recapturing a corner area of their kitchen to complete an L shaped configuration.

Black & White En Suite Remodel

We recently finished adding this En suite bath in a 1880 Victorian home.  Houses this old started with outhouses in the back yard, and eventually had a single indoor 5' x 7' bath installed.  Today's families want quite a bit more from their baths, both in quantity and in style!

Back Bay Kitchen Renovation

This Back Bay brownstone had a very small and dated kitchen.  The owners also felt that the kitchen's layout made it hard to use, and that there were too few working surfaces.  They often used the kitchen at the same time, bumping into each other and tripping over their dog.  To maximize the amount of available space, I gutted the existing kitchen and made lots of changes to the layout.
